1 month old

Our beautiful handsome sweet son is already a month old. This month went by so fast. I'm telling you, all you have to do is blink and they grow. I already can't imagine life withouth this precious boy. He fills my heart with so much joy. He has been staying awake more, he sleeps about 3-4 hours a night before he wakes me up and then most the time he goes back down. Sometimes he just wants to grunt or look around so I just hold him until he's asleep. I find myself holding him a lot, they just grow up too darn fast. His big sister Addyson just loves him. She love to hold and kiss him, she is such a big helper. I started noticing his neck is getting a little stronger the past couple days. He still makes those loud noises when eating or sleeping but it just makes me laugh. He has smiled since the first week he was home and now I can make him really smile when he's awake, I love it! No more new born sleepers for this big guy, his long legs make it hard for him to stretch, which makes him MAD! Yes, he has a temper if he doesn't get what he wants. When he is hungry he wants it NOW! I've never been a "feed on demand" mom but I find this little boy wants to eat when he wants it and its never the same time. If it makes him happy and makes me happy I'll feed him when he wants! He really does light our lives up and I couldn't be more happier with our two children. God has certainly blessed us and I can't wait to see what the future holds for these two precious children. Happy 1 month sweet Simon, we love you so much!
