San Antonio Fun

We had SUCH a great weekend! The babes were good and we girls got to eat lots of food, stay up extra late talking and shop!!! Who wouldn't have fun doing all that.

Car Update

I should be working...shhh don't tell.
So an update on those crazy laws!

I took my car to the dealership (never buy a used car at a DODGE, CHRYSLER dealership) Anyways I finally got a hold of the New Car Manager and he told me if it passed last year to bring it up and if it doesn't pass then bring up the fact that it passed last year. So I take it and they tell me it's going to be about 10 minutes to inspect it and drive off with it. I feel good about it because they actually were gone for more than 5 minutes. Well they came back and said that it didn't pass because of the tint. SOOO i started telling them that they passed it before I drove off with it last year, they send me to the manager and before I get to talk to him I am called back to the service center to be told that they are going to strip my tint down and redo it to the legal amount free of charge, after that they were going to inspect it. I was so happy, I think they knew they did something wrong and could get in TONS of trouble if anyone found out.
Well my car passed and my windows look great( i was worried that it wouldn't be the same as it was and i really liked them) but it's just a shade lighter and at the legal amount and I got my oil changed and my inspection done and my car is ready for the weekend in San Antonio.
My dear friends and I are going to meet in San Antonio at a friends house and have a Girls weekend (and her 1 year old son Jackson) Addyson will be coming and I cannot wait to show her off, we are going to have a blast. So I'm ready and the car is ready, so watch out cops you can't stop me if i'm not speeding now. haha

Sad and Happy Day

Today is a good and bad day.......
Today is my brother Ryan's 19th birthday, I can't believe that he is already 19. I am so proud of him and I love him so much. I know i've already said it but he is one of my best friends and I'm so thankful to have him in my life. God has wonderful things for you Ryan, you are just getting started.



The sad part of today is that I've been thinking about one of my best, dearest friends leaving. My friend Abby is moving to Singapore (sp?) in January. I'm so happy for her and her experiences that this country will bring but I'm so terribly sad that she will be half way across the world.
Abby, I know you live in Dallas and we don't see each other too too much but just thinking about never seeing you for 3 years or so.....that breaks my heart.
I want to tell you how much you mean to me, and how wonderful you friendship is to me. I love you more than you know and no matter how far you move you will always be right here with me. Life will Suck not being able to pick up the phone and say hi or complain about things. LOL

Update on our house

Our house is coming along, they are going to pour the foundation on Tuesday!! We are so excited. Here are a couple pictures.

She just gets cuter and cuter every day. She is always happy and is always moving. I think that once she gets started walking it's all over. Some co-workers of mine are on the company softball team. Stephen, Addyson and I decided to go show our support. Addyson was the team cheerleader. Isn't she cute??? Sportin her hat and all. I love this picture, and I love that I can send pictures from my phone to my email.

*Side note*

The reason she is wearing those funky green socks is that she either kicks her blanket off at night or I find it on her face which scares me to death. So i put her in high socks, a onsie and a long sleeve nighty so that she is not cold when I don't put a blanket on her. She always looks so funny when she doesn't match. ha

BLEH

I hate traffic, if everyone went the same speed there would be NO traffic but there are those who go 50 on the freeway......YUCK


I'm tired....and Addyson and Stephen are all tucked in their beds while I'm at work...NO FAIR




On a side note.....Addyson rolled over 3 times on Saturday evening. We were so proud of her.

They took off all the grass and it's completely all dirt in the frame of the foundation of our house. Don't know what it's called but at least they worked on it yesterday.
